A method, not a personality.
Consultants who work on instinct produce results nobody can repeat. Everything below is designed so your team can run it again after I'm gone.
Diagnose
Interviews, document review, and a look at where hours and decisions actually go. I name the constraint before proposing anything.
Align
Map who can stop this project and what each of them needs. Then get them into a structured conversation while the plan is still changeable.
Equip
Hand over the tools, the language, and the meeting cadence. Success is your team running the next one without me.
How an engagement runs
Week 0 · Working session
A single 45-minute conversation and a written read. No cost, no obligation. Roughly half of these end with me telling you that you don't need me.
Weeks 1 to 3 · Diagnostic
Interviews with the people closest to the friction, plus whatever the documents say. You get findings in writing, including the ones that are uncomfortable.
Weeks 4 to 12 · Build and align
We design the intervention together and I run it alongside your team, not in place of them. Scope and price are fixed at the start.
Close · Handoff
Documented playbook, named internal owners, and a 90-day check-in. If it only works while I'm in the room, it didn't work.
Start with the working session.
It's the fastest way to find out whether this is a fit. It usually is not, and that's a useful answer too.
